We offer a 30-day return and refund policy starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
